MasjidHub mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, and protect your information when you use MasjidHub. By using the App, you
agree to the terms described below.

email address so we can identify you within your mosque community.

system version, and anonymous crash reports through diagnostic tools (e.g., Sentry or
Firebase Crashlytics) solely to improve app stability.

Location Data (optional): If you grant permission, the App may access
your approximate location to help you find nearby mosques or calculate accurate local
prayer times. We do not store or share your location data.

Booking & Volunteer Data: When you book a room or sign up to
volunteer, we store the details of that request (dates, resource name, contact info)
so mosque administrators can manage it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the App's core services: prayer times, announcements, room bookings, and volunteer management.
- To send you push notifications for mosque events and announcements (you can opt out at any time in your phone settings).
- To diagnose and fix crashes in order to improve app performance.
- To respond to your support requests or messages.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.
3. Permissions Requested

Notifications: Used to deliver mosque announcements and event reminders.
You can disable this permission at any time in your device settings.

Location (optional): Used only to find nearby mosques or calculate local
prayer times. Never stored on our servers. You may deny this permission and enter your
city manually.

Internet Access: Required to sync prayer times, announcements, and
bookings with the mosque's server.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited cases:

cloud hosting, crash-reporting tools) that process data only on our behalf and under
strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services. Booking and
volunteer records are kept for administrative purposes and removed upon request or after a
reasonable period of inactivity.

7. Children's Privacy
MasjidHub is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with
personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted
communications (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases. However, no method of electronic
transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
